Within the months approaching your lease maturity, you have several important options to consider. As such, we feel it is our responsibility to ensure that you understand, and are comfortable with, the various options available upon the termination of your lease. Step 1: Return Your Currently Leased BMW to BMW of Roxbury. Your lease concludes when you turn your vehicle in to BMW of Roxbury. You will need to schedule a complimentary inspection during the last two months of your lease. Your BMW Luxury Lease TM includes Excess Wear and Use Waiver, but you will be responsible for any wear or use that exceeds the waiver. You will be responsible for any outstanding payments, excessive miles, and any other outstanding obligations specified in your lease agreement.

Step 2: Select Your Next BMW Choose from a wide variety of BMW's that suite you best. By leasing another BMW vehicle, you may qualify for BMW Loyalty Advantage benefits.
