i dropped my car off early and they went right to work on the issues that I had but I was a bit disappointed that all the things weren't covered in my extended warranty package. The only thing covered was the oil change, which is standard but the front end alignment and the new battery weren't and I had to ask them to check about the battery because I wanted to know when I might need a new one. I know that car dealers make all their money in the service area and I should expect to get hosed. Everyone is professional but whenever I go they have all different people working which makes my wonder about the work environment.
